FiberCareers.com is the recruiting site of Velocity One Group, a door-to-door sales organization based in Highland, Utah. This page explains what we collect when you apply, why, who it goes to, and how to make us stop.
What we collect
Two things, and nothing else.
What you type into the application. Your name, mobile phone number and email address, plus your answers to the qualifying questions — how you want to work, whether you can commit to a travel trip, your sales background, what’s motivating you, when you could start. You give us all of it deliberately, on the form.
Ordinary web analytics. Pages viewed, how you arrived, approximate location derived from your IP address, and general device and browser information. This is aggregate traffic data, not a profile with your name on it.
What we do with it
We use your application to decide whether to invite you to a screening call, and to contact you about it. That’s the whole purpose. We don’t sell your information, we don’t rent it, and we don’t share it with anyone outside the service providers listed below who help us operate.
We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
Text messages
When you submit the application you consent to receive calls, texts and emails from Velocity One Group about this opportunity, including messages sent by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you don’t have to consent to be considered for a role — you can contact us another way instead.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not remove you from consideration.
Who we share it with
Only the providers that run the site and our recruiting process, and only so they can do that job:
- HighLevel (LeadConnector) — our recruiting CRM. Your contact details and application answers are stored here, and our texts and emails to you are sent through it, including the interview booking calendar.
- Google Analytics — aggregate site traffic measurement.
- Cloudways — web hosting. Standard server logs.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies and similar technology
The site uses cookies for basic operation and for Google Analytics. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies in their settings. Refusing analytics cookies does not stop you using the site or applying.
How long we keep it
We keep applications for as long as it’s useful to consider you for a role, including for future openings, unless you ask us to delete yours. Ask and we will.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, and out of emails using the unsubscribe link. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act — we’ll honour those requests regardless of where you live, because it’s simpler and fairer that way.

Children
This site is for people seeking work and is not directed at children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top. Material changes will be obvious rather than buried.
